Is Another Wave Coming?

Josh Kraushaar: "Here's a statistic from the new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll that should send shivers down the spines of Congressional incumbents: only 38% of voters said they feel their representative should be re-elected, while nearly half (49%) believe it's time to give a new person a chance."

That's even worse than right before the 2006 election that swept Democrats in control of the House and worse than right before the 1994 election that gave Republican control.

Taegan D. Goddard is the founder of Political Wire, one of the earliest and most influential political web sites.
